Dr. Nathan Taylor
PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS
Nate is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. A 1997 graduate of Exeter High School, Nate earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Ursinus College. During his time there, he anchored the offensive line of the football team and worked with all of the Ursinus teams as a student athletic trainer.
After becoming certified as an Athletic Trainer by the NATA and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Nate went on to Arcadia University where he graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy while simultaneously competing as a Natural Bodybuilder and developing his training business. During his 10 years as a Physical Therapist with Commonwealth Orthopedic Associates, Nate has developed a specialization in Kinesiology taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Sports Nutrition.
As the lead Physical Therapist and Director of Performance Training for TPT, Nate is living his dream of helping others establish a foundation for long-term health and optimizing athletic performance.
Dr. Cory Fox
PT, DPT
Cory is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Alvernia University in 2021. He first came to TPT as an intern from Penn State Berks where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2018. During his time at Penn State, he was a 4-time scholar-athlete and 4-year starter in center field for the baseball team. Over the last 4 years, Cory has worked with athletes across many sports and has experience working in professional sports with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) at their Performance Institute in Las Vegas, NV.
Cory is also an adjunct lab instructor at Alvernia University where he teaches Anatomy and Physiology and tutors students in the Alvernia's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
Dr. Kaylie Vrabel
PT, DPT
A Doctor of Physical Therapy who holds a passion for the arts, athletics and pediatrics, Kaylie is the newest member of the TPT team. She found her way into physical therapy during her years at Penn State Berks where she graduated in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. During her undergraduate time, Kaylie was a 6-time scholar athlete in both volleyball and softball while working as a Physical Therapy Technician in multiple facilities across Berks County. She pursued her Doctorate at DeSales University, finishing out her final clinical experience in 2021 at Taylored PT, where she found a home amongst the like-minded and enthusiastic individuals that make up the TPT crew. Kaylie aspires to compliment the existing specialties our facility has to offer by aiding in the growth of our pediatric services.
In her spare time, you can find Kaylie dancing to the beat of her own drum, building a humble photography business, reading on her front porch, or getting tangled in the latest crafting activity to take over her living room.

A graduate of Penn State Berks, you’ll come to know Kate as one of the faces of TPT. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and has several years of experience as both a Physical Therapy Technician and a Sports Performance Coach. Kate began her career at TPT as an intern during her junior year at Penn State Berks. Since then, she has grown to encompass much of what happens at TPT and not only continues as a Physical Therapy Technician and Sports Performance Coach but has grown to manage patient relationships, billing, office logistics, and much more. If you have a question, chances are that Kate knows the answer. Kate was a high school athlete and played both basketball and softball. When she’s not at TPT, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and taking adventures with her dogs! You’ll see Kate almost every day at TPT.
